Registration Steps for Non-Certified Companies looking for FSC Certified Products

1. Go to FSC Marketplace @ marketplace.fsc.org
2. Click on “Register Now”
3. Create a username & password & fill in basic information
4. Click on activation link in email
5. Begin searching for FSC certified products

Registration Steps for Certificate Holders looking to create or update a profile and search for products:

1. Go to FSC Marketplace @ marketplace.fsc.org
2. Click on “Register Now”
3. Create a username & password & fill in basic information
4. Click on activation link in email
5. After clicking on the activation link, click on “Request access to certificate” in “My Marketplace”
6. Then, enter the license code (e.g. FSC-C980121) that corresponds with your certificate and click on “request access”
7. An e-mail requesting access will then be sent to all individuals listed in the public certificate database (info.fsc.org)
8. Retrieve the activation code from one of these contacts
9. Go to “My Marketplace” @ marketplace.fsc.org/portal/dashboardwelcome, click on “Enter certificate access code” and enter activation code along with the license code
10. Click “confirm code”
11. Create your profile and begin searching for FSC certified products
